CD Projekt Red on julkaissut patchin The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt peliin.
Päällimmäisenä patchistä jää mieleen se, että se parantaa jonkin verran grafiikan piirtoetäisyyksiä. Se parantelee myös Heart of Stone -lisäriä ja sen eri ominaisuuksia.
